what does it mean in a multi-billion dollar industry? for the longest time, we wracked our brains trying to figure out what exactly is this unique and marvellous new experience we're bringing to this market.

what are we doing differently? we don't exactly use rare ingredients sourced from the furthest island of the world, we don't really have colourful or enticing packaging that would grab your attention without paying attention to the product, and we definitely don't have celebrities promoting our products for money.
